Position Summary We are seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant in the DC, VA, MD, DE area. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience while driving profitability and excellence in the workplace.

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They manage assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results. Guest Service Department Managers ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, oversee promotions, train staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru. Kitchen Department Managers ensure quality food, fast service, food safety, cost control, and staff training. People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate crew.
Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedules, passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
