Your role Are you a strategic operator with a passion for execution and innovation? As Head of Workplace Participant Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Workplace Wealth Solutions (WWS) participant engagement, education and wealth management strategy. You are responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential wealth management opportunities and developing strategic channels through employer-based programs. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset to build a robust pipeline through direct outreach and scalable workplace partnerships. You’ll translate our ambition—being UBS’s largest wealth management lead generator—into tangible product and operational outcomes. You’ll lead with purpose, drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure our delivery is both scalable and client-centric.
Strategic Operations & Leadership:
partner with the Head of WWS and senior leadership to define and execute our participant strategy
lead planning, budgeting and performance tracking across initiatives
champion operational excellence and scalable growth
Product Ownership:
define product vision and strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders
align product roadmaps with business goals and success metrics
effectively communicate value delivered for benefit of participants to corporate clients
Project & Program Management:
oversee strategic project delivery from planning through execution
implement frameworks that promote transparency, accountability and timely delivery
manage cross-functional teams and facilitate communication across business, technology and external partners

Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $225,000 to $275,000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team You’ll be working in the WWS team based in Weehawken, NJ. WWS is one of the key growth businesses within Global Wealth Management and serves as a lead generator for the broader business
We are a leading provider of retirement, equity plan compensation and financial wellness services for companies and their plan participants
In addition to the services provided as part of the broader business, we provide education and guidance to help participants achieve financial success
Your expertise Your experience and skills:
ideally 10+ years experience in operations, product management or program delivery, with leadership experience
proven success in scaling operations and delivering on complex initiatives
strong change management capabilities
exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
experience in financial services, fintech or enterprise SaaS is a plus
ability to collaborate w/ key partners including technology, marketing and data teams to deliver an impactful participant experience
You are:
proactive self-starter who follows up on deliverables, and makes key observations and strategic recommendations
someone with a client service mind-set, who anticipates client needs and establishes standards, processes and deliverables that exceed expectations
an effective communicator (written and verbal) who can interface with multiple levels throughout the organization
able to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
constructive problem solver with practiced critical thinking skills and a curiosity for making processes more efficient
comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
