Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Adhere to governmental regulatory programs and safety procedures, including Lock-Out - Tag-Out, Arc Flash, and Hot Work Permits.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, corrective repairs, and equipment rebuilds.
Utilize predictive maintenance technologies such as ultrasound, thermal imaging, oil analysis, and vibration analysis to identify failures early.
Interpret technical documents including manuals, blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
What's Needed?
Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and governmental regulations.
Experience with mechanical, electrical, and building systems maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to attend training and stay updated with industry changes.
Ability to work overtime as required to support plant operations.
