Forrest Solutions is seeking a poised, professional, and highly polished Lead Receptionist to represent the executive floor for one of our most prestigious financial services clients. This is a lead-level reception role (not managerial) that serves as the face of the executive suite, ensuring every interaction with C-Level executives, board members, and VIP guests reflects world-class hospitality and discretion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, understands executive-level service, and takes pride in creating seamless, white-glove experiences from the moment guests arrive.

Shift: 8am-5pm

Payrate: $30-$38/hr.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, board members, clients, and VIP guests. Provide an exceptional first impression through warmth, professionalism, and anticipation of guest needs. Partner closely with executive assistants and other stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and meeting logistics. Manage the visitor experience end-to-end, coordinating with security, lobby staff, and internal departments for smooth transitions. Maintain executive-level standards in all reception and hospitality operations, ensuring a pristine and guest-ready environment. Support meeting coordination, including room readiness, catering, and hospitality service for executive sessions. Track and report visitor patterns, preferences, and service trends to continuously elevate guest experiences. Oversee concierge-style amenities, ensuring personalized touches for VIPs (e.g., refreshments, dietary accommodations, meeting preparation). Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Collaborate with security, facilities, and office services to support daily operations and emergency procedures. Provide administrative support as needed, including visitor logs, documentation, and office supply management. Demonstrate flexibility, problem-solving, and strong judgment in high-stakes environments. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of corporate reception or front desk experience in a professional services or financial environment. Proven experience supporting C-Level executives or high-profile clientele. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with refined executive presence. Polished, professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives under pressure. High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Background in hospitality, executive services, or luxury client care strongly preferred.
