Overview

The

Marketing Operations & Strategy AVP

will oversee CLIENT’s marketing strategy within the

Sports & Gaming

vertical. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in

data-driven marketing ,

personalization , and

multi-channel campaigns

across platforms like

Adobe ,

Salesforce ,

Braze , and others. They should have strong experience in

MarTech

tools,

analytics , and

client-facing leadership . The role requires someone who can integrate

data, automation , and

creative strategies

to deliver scalable, personalized, and measurable marketing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Marketing Transformation:

Develop and execute marketing strategies, optimizing

customer journeys

with

A/B testing ,

segmentation , and

ROI analysis .

Orchestrate Multi-Channel Campaigns:

Lead campaigns across

email, SMS, push, in-app , and other channels, including building new channel infrastructures from scratch.

Drive MarTech Excellence:

Leverage platforms like

Adobe ,

Salesforce ,

Braze , and

Tealium

to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing solutions.

Ensure Data Privacy Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with

GDPR ,

CCPA , and

CAN-SPAM

regulations to ensure compliance.

Must-Have Qualifications

Lifecycle marketing ,

CRM , and

customer journey

experience, ideally in

consulting ,

sports ,

betting , or

DTC media .

Expertise in

multi-channel marketing

and building new

marketing infrastructures .

Hands-on experience with

MarTech platforms

(e.g.,

Adobe ,

Salesforce ,

Braze ,

Tealium ).

Strong understanding of

segmentation ,

A/B testing , and

ROI analysis .

Familiarity with

GDPR ,

CCPA , and

CAN-SPAM

compliance.
