Location: Sonoma, CA – Relocation required.
Overview: A high‑volume, well‑regarded fine dining restaurant in Sonoma is seeking an
Executive Chef
to lead all culinary operations. This confidential role will oversee multiple kitchens. We’re looking for a confident, organized leader with a fine dining background who can inspire their team, maintain exceptional quality, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience managing fine dining and high‑volume kitchens (200–400+ covers nightly)
Experience overseeing multiple teams or kitchen locations
Ability to lead, train, and mentor Sous Chefs and cooks
Strong organizational skills and experience with kitchen systems and vendor management
Ability to maintain food costs and drive operational profitability
Clear, proactive communicator with FOH/BOH teams
Calm, collaborative leadership style under pressure
Experience creating staffing schedules and conducting staff reviews with written feedback
Ability to manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in elevated, seasonal, ingredient‑driven cuisine
Strong financial and analytical skills
Track record of building inclusive, collaborative kitchen cultures
Ability to streamline operations and consolidate teams for efficiency
Experience balancing creativity with operational execution at scale
