Lead all culinary operations for a high-volume fine dining restaurant. Maintain exceptional quality, inspire the team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Executive Chef Responsibilities

Lead all culinary operations across multiple kitchens Inspire, train, and mentor Sous Chefs and cooks Maintain food quality, cost controls, and kitchen systems Drive operational profitability and manage vendor accounts to ensure timely payments Develop staffing schedules and conduct staff reviews with written feedback Collaborate with FOH/BOH teams and maintain clear, proactive communication Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience managing fine dining and high-volume kitchens (200–400+ covers nightly) Experience overseeing multiple teams or kitchen locations Ability to lead, train, and mentor Sous Chefs and cooks Strong organizational skills and experience with kitchen systems and vendor management Ability to maintain food costs and drive operational profitability Clear, proactive communicator with FOH/BOH teams Calm, collaborative leadership style under pressure Experience creating staffing schedules and conducting staff reviews with written feedback Ability to manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in elevated, seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine Strong financial and analytical skills Track record of building inclusive, collaborative kitchen cultures Ability to streamline operations and consolidate teams for efficiency Experience balancing creativity with operational execution at scale Compensation & Benefits
