Senior Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of food and beverage operations management experience in a fine dining environment or at a 4 or 5 star/diamond level hotel restaurant.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Restaurant Operations, or a related field.
Strong knowledge and understanding of all front-of-house roles.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings.
Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Word, and other common software programs.
Strong people skills with the ability to connect easily with both internal and external guests.

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high service standards.
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Understand financials and forecasting to drive operational success.
Actively engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns.
Support the team by stepping in as needed to ensure successful operations.
