Responsibilities Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on telemetry nursing best practices.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal nursing practices.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in North Carolina with telemetry nursing experience.
Proficiency in interpreting telemetry data to ensure patient safety.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in nursing.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Willingness to mentor and train new nursing staff as needed.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Understanding of hospital policies and procedures for compliance and safety.
Familiarity with performance metrics to assess personal nursing practices.
