Physician – MD/DO – Family Medicine
SSM Health is looking for a compassionate, dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Wentzville, Missouri. This role focuses on outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, with a supportive, vibrant environment and numerous growth opportunities.

Flexible schedule – optional 4‑day work week
No rounding required
Limited call: 1:12 with RN triage (Friday 5 p.m. to Monday 7 a.m.)
Experienced, enthusiastic team
Growing patient base in a rapidly expanding community
On‑site lab and imaging facilities, including MRI, CT, mammography, bone density, X‑ray, and ultrasound
Cardiology and podiatry rotations 3 times per week
Well‑equipped practice: 9 providers (6 MDs, 3 NPs), each with 3 exam rooms and a designated MA
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors
Perform routine physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide preventive care services
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary
Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and medical assistants to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
