Senior Data Scientist, Analytics and Strategy

Requirements
Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline. At least 5 years of experience in data science, with a strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning models such as XGBoost, LSTM, and LLM. Strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Self‑driven problem solver who can adapt and excel in dynamic, ambiguous, and customer‑oriented environments. High level of analytical ability, technical skill, and rapid adaptability to new tools and ML models. Collaboration and teamwork skills, especially across groups, and the ability to make data‑driven decisions. Experience with GenAI LLM models, MLOps, and building workflows for model retraining, monitoring, and deployment (preferred). Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms like AWS or Azure, and data visualization tools such as Power BI. Responsibilities
In this role, I will utilize advanced analytical algorithms and technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, to mine and analyze substantial datasets, both structured and unstructured, for valuable insights. I will design and construct innovative data modeling processes and develop predictive models, employing big data technology to create solutions that enhance decision‑making, improve customer experiences, and boost productivity. Collaborating closely with fellow data and analytics experts, I will optimize and scale analyses into mature analytical solutions. I will also take an active role in presenting data futures and innovating data strategies to understand consumer trends and address business challenges. Working alongside product teams and partners, I will support data‑driven decision‑making, business planning, and future roadmap development. I will design, build, and maintain extensive data pipelines for reporting and analysis, and conduct large‑scale information analysis to uncover patterns and trends by integrating various modules and algorithms. Furthermore, I will pursue additional technologies and tools to develop innovative data solutions, offering recommendations to business leaders to ensure market competitiveness. Salary for this position ranges between $122,400.00 and $228,000.00, based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications, and may include a commission structure.
