Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant with deep functional expertise in the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process. The ideal candidate will lead implementations, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions with business objectives. This role demands strong consulting skills, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience across AR, Billing, Collections, and related financial operations.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations with a focus on Invoice to Cash (I2C) processes.
Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert (SME) for Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Collections, Billing, and Cash Management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance leaders, and IT teams to define business requirements and design scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
Configure Oracle Cloud modules, define accounting rules, and design workflows to support complex billing and receivables processes.
Develop functional design documents (FDDS), test scripts, and manage all testing phases — SIT, UAT, and regression.
Drive data migration and validation activities using FBDI, ADFDI, and other Oracle tools.
Manage integrations between I2C modules and other areas such as Order Management, Projects, and General Ledger.
Lead fit-gap analysis, solution workshops, and client design sessions to recommend best practices.
Support month-end closing, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
Provide guidance to junior consultants and ensure deliverables meet client standards and timelines.
Collaborate with technical teams to design custom solutions, interfaces, and reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View).
Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal financial controls.
Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-production support.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Financials, including 4+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
Proven expertise in Invoice to Cash (I2C) functional areas — AR, Billing, Advanced Collections, and Cash Management.
Experience in at least three full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end I2C business processes — invoicing, credit/debit memos, cash applications, dunning, collections, and revenue accounting.
Hands‑on experience with: FBDI and ADFDI templates; OTBI and BI Publisher reports; Integration touchpoints with Order to Cash and Record to Report cycles.
Excellent understanding of multi‑currency, multi‑entity, and multi‑ledger environments.
Strong client‑facing, communication, and presentation skills.
Oracle Financials Cloud Certification (Receivables/Collections) is highly desirable.
Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience, in Computer Science / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
