Service Dispatcher/Coordinator Plumbing

Job Description Job Description Service Manager/Dispatcher Position Summary: The Service Manager/Dispatcher is responsible for providing detailed customer updates, coordinating service calls and communicating with technicians and field supervisors. The Service Manager/Dispatcher must possess excellent computer, organization, and customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Receive, Schedule, and dispatch service calls - Assign and communicate with technicians scheduled service calls and emergency service calls while informing the manager of current schedules and any changes made to the schedule - Organize on-call schedule for technicians - Contact customers to schedule service and maintenance calls - Time Stamp technicians for dispatch, arrival and completed times - Answer customer inquiries in a timely matter - Confirm with customer to ensure their method of payment - Perform other job-related duties as assigned - Follow up on pending orders and pending work orders - Set up client data, invoices, and collection of past due invoices Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education) -Must have knowledge of Naples area - At Least 2 years management experience - At least 2 years' experience in service dispatching preferred - Relevant industry experience in plumbing, or construction - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience - High school diploma or equivalent is required - Ability to read, write & speak English proficiently - Strong communication and internal/external customer service skills - Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Excel) and ability to learn new software - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask - Strong attention to detail is required - We have a great company culture, so a positive attitude is highly desired!
