Maintenance Technician - Rotating Shifts

Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including ultra-high vacuum technology, electrical components, HVACR systems, plumbing, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose and resolve issues related to vacuum pumps, pressure gauges, helium leak checks, and vacuum chambers. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical components, ensuring safety and compliance with ASME and OSHA standards. Oversee the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Apply knowledge of plumbing and hydraulic systems to maintain and repair related infrastructure. What you’ll bring High mechanical aptitude with strong manual dexterity. In-depth knowledge of vacuum technology, electronics, HVACR systems, plumbing, and hydraulics. Experience with hydrogen gas handling and safety protocols. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Qualifications U.S. Citizenship, permanent resident status, or protected individual status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). Familiarity with ASME and OSHA codes and standards.
