Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals; delegating; following up; and reporting results.
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experiences, promote sales discounts effectively, train staff in service procedures, and keep front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures quality, safe, and fast food; controls food cost; and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. They also motivate crew through recognition.
Preferred: prior managerial experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player, flexible schedule, and passion for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
