Work with your leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, helping each set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a future‑ready team.
Additional Information
Pay rate: $50k – $65k for certified General Managers.
