A well-established hospital in
Pennsylvania
is seeking a
Board-Certified OB/GYN
for
locum call coverage , available
ASAP on an as-needed basis . This is a
hospital-based call
role with a
1:6 call ratio , where the locum provider will manage a full range of
obstetric and gynecologic procedures , including
high-risk pregnancies
and
major gynecologic surgeries . The ideal provider will be confident working
independently , as
no other OB/GYNs will be present during locum coverage . The facility is fully equipped with
onsite lab and ultrasound
services. Shift(s) Description:
Call Only (1:6 ratio)
Start Date:
ASAP (as-needed ongoing)
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:

Job Requirements Clinical Scope:
Obstetrics - Required:
Low & High-Risk Pregnancy Management
Vaginal Delivery (Routine & Low Forceps)
Decision-Making for C-Sections
Complicated Deliveries (Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc.)
VBACs
Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
Gynecology - Required:
Surgical GYN (Open)
Laparoscopic Diagnostic & Minor (Tubal Ligation, LOAs, etc.)
Major Operative (Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, etc.)
Requirements
Board Certified in OB/GYN

Active Pennsylvania License

BLS & ACLS Certifications

Must be comfortable
working independently
Must have experience with
high-risk OB and surgical GYN cases
