Position Summary

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the company's growth strategy through content creation, event coordination, digital marketing, and internal/external communications. This role works closely with the Vice President of Marketing & Sales to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance client retention across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Development

Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels. Design and distribute marketing materials, event collateral, and branded communications. Manage and maintain company websites, landing pages, and social media profiles. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications. Sales & Partnership Support

Coordinate co-branded marketing with key partners, lender and realtor® alliances. Support the Relationship Specialist with event logistics, CE class materials, and agent outreach efforts. Track lead activity and assist in follow-up campaigns and nurturing sequences through CRM systems. Content & Communications

Draft posts, articles, and announcements highlighting company achievements, community involvement, and client success stories. Create and distribute newsletters, e-blasts, and internal updates. Assist in video, photo, and presentation production for educational and promotional content. Reporting & Analytics

Monitor campaign performance, social engagement, and event ROI metrics. Provide regular reports to leadership on marketing impact and lead conversions. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, title, or professional services. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand tone and consistency. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Constant Contact). Excellent organizational and project management skills.
