We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina — earn up to ($1748 - $1840 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Stay updated on the latest emergency care practices and technologies.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Support a culture of accountability and high performance within the team.
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Participate in departmental meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in North Carolina with BLS and ACLS certifications.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong accountability and performance-driven mindset to achieve targets.
Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with medical staff.
Experience in patient triage and prioritizing care based on severity.
Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices.
Ability to analyze data to improve patient care outcomes.
