Responsibilities
Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
Supervise and manage mitigation technician teams in executing restoration projects promptly and efficiently, using the lead‑by‑example method when required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Oversee inventory management of materials and equipment necessary for mitigation projects.
Assist and train in the documentation of job progress clearly and accurately.
Engage in training programs and assist with OTJ training of technician teams.
Prepare Estimates and Invoices utilizing the Xactimate estimating platform.
Qualifications
5 years minimum experience in Mitigation & Restoration.
IICRC WRT Certification, minimally, FSRT & AMRT preferred.
The ability to be able to effectively lead a mitigation team.
PSA and Encircle program experience preferred.
Xactimate estimating experience preferred.
Must participate in the On-Call rotation.
Valid US driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to be able pass a background check.
Compensation $65,000 - $80,000 per year
