Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer (Java, Python, AWS) Location: Austin, Texas Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with strong experience in Java, Python, AWS, and SQL, along with hands-on expertise in the Aluminium Framework. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and cloud-based applications that deliver high performance and reliability. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python. Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures. Utilize the Aluminium Framework to build, integrate, and automate test or development workflows (depending on framework usage context). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UI / UX) to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and performance tuning. Maintain high standards of software design and architecture using industry best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Java and Python application development. Strong proficiency in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, RDS). Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar). Experience with Aluminium Framework (for test automation or system integration). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI / CD pipelines. Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of data processing, ETL pipelines, or microservices.
