Job Overview Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Manager, Digital Engagement for its MedTech Surgery (Wound Closure) business. The position is based in Cincinnati, OH with an alternate location in Raritan, NJ. The role will develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of surgical products, ensuring integration with overall brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across email, social media, search, and display platforms to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and engage healthcare professionals.

Create, curate, and publish compelling content that resonates with clinicians, customers, and patients.

Monitor, analyze, and report on creative performance, providing actionable insights in collaboration with commercial and analytics teams.

Collaborate with marketing strategy, global teams, and external agencies to align digital efforts with enterprise objectives and support US business goals.

Drive Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and influencer programs to amplify reach and credibility.

Stay current with digital marketing trends, compliance standards, and best practices in healthcare and MedTech.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of marketing, communications, public relations, or business development experience.

Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of success.

Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, able to work independently.

Able to collaborate and lead in a matrixed organization.

Compensation Anticipated base pay range: $100,000 – $172,500 per year.

In addition, the position is eligible for an annual performance bonus as outlined in the company’s compensation policy.
