Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (7 am to 7 pm)

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinate discharge planning with case management.
Recommend and participate in efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care.
Accept patient referrals from other physicians and act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician when required.
Participate in academic programs such as medical education and research as requested.
Provide documentation that meets insurance company requirements and appeal all denials in a timely manner.
Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultations for specialty, which may include on‑call schedules.
Requirements
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
Education
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
