Role Description This full‑time home‑based role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is based in Bothell–Bellevue with some opportunities for remote work. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct and indirect support to clients. The role also involves supervising and training behavior technicians, educating parents and caregivers, and evaluating treatment progress to ensure best practices are maintained.
Location: Issaquah, WA (remote possible). Salary: $91,250‑$105,000.
Qualifications
Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to delivering evidence‑based and client‑centered care
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with individuals across the autism spectrum is beneficial
