Job Description The Territory Manager’s key responsibilities include developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the organization’s product line. This position is a field sales position that requires interfacing with customer contacts at multiple levels in Purchasing, Product Development, Operations, Quality and Marketing at both the distribution and end‑user level.

Develop plan to execute strategy that provides sustainable organic growth while maintaining vital links to each respective Amcor Division

Ensure that Amcor’s total offerings, products and services are represented in a unified manner to deliver the One Amcor approach

Successfully identify solutions Amcor can provide to enable broad account relationships at the mid to high levels while spreading throughout the functional areas of each organization

Ability to drive business on a regional / national basis where applicable, travel as needed

Implementation and support of robust commercial processes (CRM) to provide transparency and enable effective communication

Identify, collaborate and develop key internal resources (Product Management and Commercialization) as required to achieve customer growth goals

Align key Amcor resource personnel with their customer counterparts to develop deep customer relationships

What We Want From You

Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in the broadline foodservice, janitorial/sanitary supply or in a related area in distribution or manufacturing.

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive and successful Sales experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work cross‑functionally to drive business solutions

Solid relationship building focus

Self‑starter that is results oriented

Proficient computer and organizational skills

Ability to learn new products and technologies

Effective analytical and problem‑solving mindset

Strong negotiation and business skill sets

Up to 50% travel
