Executive Assistant – Kraft Heinz
Provides general administrative support to a department or group of Executives.
Researches a wide variety of information requests independently.
Prepares and analyzes trends and status reports, drawing data from a variety of sources within and outside the department.
Composes letters and memoranda.
Routes or answers correspondence not requiring supervisor’s attention.
Maintains confidential department records and files.
Assists in the formulation of the department budget, business planning, and related planning functions.
Has regular contact with customers, suppliers or employees outside the immediate work area.
Makes meeting and travel arrangements.
New Hire Base Salary Range $68,900.00 - $86,100.00
Bonus This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
