The Senior FP&A Analyst will support a group of Finance and Accounting professionals and operate in alignment with Verista’s mission, vision, and values. The Senior FP&A Analyst role reports to the FP&A Director to develop and ensure quality execution of financial planning and analysis in a timely manner. The incumbent will model the company culture of hard work, positive attitude, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
Track bookings data weekly, provide comprehensive bookings and pipeline updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting wins, losses or movements Lead monthly bookings forecast process with Client Partners and executives to gather and incorporate key data and assumptions Manage revenue forecast, revenue recognition, and understand sales timing & impact on revenue Prepare and review the Company’s financial statements (Actuals/Budget/Forecast) including cash flows, income statement, and balance sheet; perform variance analysis and footnotes; assist with monthly closing as needed Support management in reviewing sector deliverables to ensure accuracy and publish internal reporting packages to stakeholders by required dates Perform ad-hoc reporting and in-depth reviews of financial statement accounts Assist with the annual budget process, including calendar and key financial templates Develop KPIs to track initiatives and incorporate into reporting packages Lead the financial forecasting process with department heads and executives Prepare regular Board of Directors reports and presentations; support quarterly board meetings as needed Develop dashboards and monthly/quarterly reporting in Datarails Collaborate with Verista’s private equity partner, providing data and analyses as requested and act as a liaison to foster strong relationships Serve as a backup to the FP&A Director to ensure business continuity Other duties as assigned Requirements
This position requires the following skills and knowledge: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking experience Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with expertise in financial modeling, pivot tables, and professional formatting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Intermediate proficiency in financial statement analysis and basic corporate finance concepts Prior experience in bookings forecast is preferred Knowledge of Salesforce, Datarails reports development, and Power BI is advantageous Abilities
Excellent financial, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong personal motivation Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities Strong technical finance and accounting knowledge Ability to adapt to a fast-growing organization Effective time management and ability to manage multiple projects Compensation & Location
For US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below. The actual salary depends on factors such as professional background, experience, location, and market conditions. National (US) Range: $120,000 - $125,000 USD Benefits & Perks
