Our client is seeking a
Senior Human Resources Generalist
to oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a key onsite position supporting leadership and staff while ensuring a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policy administration. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Oversee benefits administration, leaves of absence, and HR compliance. Partner with managers to address workforce planning and development needs. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing environment preferred. Strong knowledge of
California labor laws and compliance . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT:
