Senior Salesforce Administrator – ProSites
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead a team of two administrators and collaborate closely with sales, support, sales operations, finance, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage user and license provisioning, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
Implement Salesforce configuration changes such as data flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
Translate requirements into best‑practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
Identify and leverage underutilized platform features; create a platform roadmap and set priorities in liaison with stakeholders.
Own communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
Maintain data quality through rules, automation, and proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and optimizer sessions.
Monitor and improve user adoption, provide new and ongoing user training, and support user tickets.
Manage sandbox environments and DevOps/release processes.
Produce technical documentation and manage integrated applications and third‑party suppliers (e.g., Marketo, Milestones PM+, BlueSnap Payments, Chargent, DocuSign).
Participate in annual Salesforce contract renewals and negotiations.
Ensure regular and reliable attendance as a full‑time position.
Qualifications
At least 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience, including Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Certified Salesforce Administrator (required); additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder (required).
Strong product knowledge, proactive platform enhancement mindset, and ability to design scalable solutions.
Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in change management, governance, and training end users.
Knowledge of basic triggers/Apex code; understanding of DevOps/release management.
Committed to continued personal and professional development and active participation in the Salesforce community.
