IS Applications Analyst 3 - Developer

This position is for a developer to work with the CAL program, and other related system integrations within the ITS Department and Enterprise Applications division.
ITS is a 24x7 information technology shop. Applicant must be willing and available to perform duties as required by the job.

Metro Information Technology Services is the central IT provider for the 60 departments and agencies of the Metro Government with a mission to “lead the delivery of exceptional technology, service, and solutions.” ITS staff members deliver 33 separate service lines to our partners within Metro Government. These services support the delivery of services to Nashville’s residents and visitors. In addition to Metro’s generous healthcare and pension benefits, ITS fosters a positive work/life balance through policies including remote work and flexible scheduling options. Creates well-designed, testable, efficient code. Participates in all phases of the development lifecycle. Designs and develop enterprise-level systems with high availability and performance using C#, Blazor, MVC, and Vuejs. Supports and maintain legacy applications using AngularJs, ASP.NET, C#, SQL and various other technologies. Designs or modify custom SQL scripts and Stored Procedures on SQL Server. Creates documentation for future reference, training, and support purposes. Four (4) years of experience developing software applications in an enterprise level production environment using all of the following: Crystal reports, .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core, Blazor, MVC, Vuejs, AngularJs, ASP.NET and C# 5.0 or higher. *No Substitutions*

Strong experience creating and modifying Crystal Reports using SQL and stored procedures. Windows Server management experience. Experience working with IIS.
