An SSAC Behavior Analyst is an experienced BCBA who demonstrates strong clinical skills, commitment to supervising a team of behavior therapists, and excellent communication with parents, supervisors and supervisees. Maintains a caseload of clients as determined by the Clinical or Executive Director and carries out all clinical services for each client. Collaborates with other BCBAs and the Clinical Director of the Program and supervises all Behavior Therapists who work with their clients.

Demonstrates leadership providing insight and contributions to ensure the company’s mission and values infuse the daily operations and ongoing success of the Program.

Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities

Client‑specific oversight, initial assessment, treatment plan writing, reassessments, gather and maintain session schedule, and caseload supervision/management.

Supervise Behavior Therapists.

Monitor data and provide data‑driven feedback.

Write, modify, and train on intervention programs.

Serve as the main point of contact for each family; communicate with parents: daily/weekly updates, progress reports, and concerns.

Facilitate client transition to new team when clinically appropriate.

Provide school consultation.

Collaborate with other providers/professionals, provide individual parent training, and group parent training.

Provide leadership, train new Behavior Therapists, mentor other BCBAs in program, and collaborate with the Clinical or Executive Director for program‑wide needs.

Contribute to site‑specific and company‑wide projects and tasks as directed.

Participate in clinical meetings, staff meetings, and professional development.

Protect the confidentiality of the client and family.

Travel to clients’ homes on the South Shore as needed.

Must consent to a criminal background investigation.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Physical ability to lift, transport clients or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds, and move quickly to follow clients when walking or running.

Qualifications (Education / Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field (required).

BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA).

One (1) plus years of BCBA experience or newly certified BCBA.

At least three (3) years of ABA experience or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

At least three (3) years of experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers.

Access to two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills (Functional Behavior Assessment, Treatment Plan, Behavior Support Plan, Instructional Program).

Two (2) references from a professional or academic supervisor.

Reliability to follow a caseload schedule and meet reporting deadlines.

Strong communication and supervisory skills.

Commitment to evidence‑based practice and ongoing professional development.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: South Shore, MA (Work in person)
