Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

Launch and manage paid social campaigns from end to end—including setup, copywriting, image selection, and performance monitoring.

Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

Collaborate with team members to share results, brainstorm strategies, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Communicate content performance insights to editorial teams to inform ongoing content strategy.

Stay up to date with social media advertising best practices and platform changes.

Work in a hybrid environment, reporting to the NYC office 3 times per week.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

1–3 years of relevant work experience in performance marketing, social media, or digital media.

Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work comfortably with large data sets.

Collaborative and adaptable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Experience in commerce, digital publishing, or social buying is a plus, but not required.

This position is hybrid, with an in‑office presence required 4x/week in New York City.

The base salary for this role is

$65,000 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
