What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Implement project management procedures for data center projects in collaboration with leadership
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and team assembly
Provide technical leadership on civil site projects, including grading, drainage, and utility plans
Ensure quality program execution and oversee construction administration activities
Mentor team members and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil site/land development/project management
Professional Engineer (PE) registration
Strong design and technical credibility
Excellent oral, written, and graphical communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Strong teambuilding and collaboration skills
