Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines Develop and maintain project work plans, risk assessments, and action logs Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and future state designs Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to align with business needs Standardize PMO methodologies and support business leadership with analytics and reporting Qualifications
Minimum of 9 years of project management experience in complex healthcare projects Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple large projects and adapt to changing environments Deep domain knowledge in health insurance operational processes from quote to claim Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools like JIRA Preferred Qualifications
