15 Call Center Representatives
to start in
November .
Position:
Call Center Representative
Location:
Onsite in Brentwood, TN
Type:
Temp-to-Hire
Pay:
$20/hour (increases to $21/hour upon conversion to full-time)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with varying shifts available:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Requirements:
Associate's Degree or higher (required by client) Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center Strong customer service and multi-line phone system skills Experience handling customer inquiries and orders Background in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
