*Temp to Hire opportunity
*Onsite Monday - Friday

What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, orders, or account issues. Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service every time. Troubleshoot problems, find solutions, and make sure each customer leaves the call satisfied. Use computer systems to document calls and manage information. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet goals and share best practices. ??
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and active listening skills. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Basic computer and typing skills. Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus! Associates degree. Commitment to attendance.
