job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems,
policies, and procedures**About the job:*** Maintains staff by orienting and training employees, as well as developing personal growth opportunities* Maintains and monitors workflows and instructions* Responsible for the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; process flow on shift production summaries* Implements Operations standards* Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action* Lead Kaizen and LSGA Activities in the Department* Escalates issues as necessary to ensure that manufacturing plans are properly executed* Coordinates with the cross-functional team to ensure timely manufacturing to meet customer requirements* Coordinate manpower and material resources to meet the weekly production schedule* Updates tracking tools so that cross-functional teams can identify the readiness of other areas**About you:*** Bachelor's degree required at a minimum, or equivalent experience* 2+ years of related work experience* Knowledge of manufacturing processes.* Strong attention to detail.* Good oral and written communication skills.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.Our Core Values – Respect, Customer Focus, Agility, Collaboration – support us in our mission to improve the safety, reliability, and performance of our customers’ products that use electrical energy.
