Responsible for providing customer service and overall service of assigned customers and/or policies, soliciting new business on existing accounts and supporting Producer-led new business efforts. Responsibilities

Create marketing submissions and work with various carriers to obtain quotes as required. Negotiate prices, commissions, and/or coverages with carriers. Review policies for accuracy, identify deficiencies and make recommendations for broader coverage(s)/limit(s). Manage the renewal process for expiring policies. Prepare presentations and/or proposals for clients. Participate in client meetings to review coverage. Research requests for information from Underwriters. Compose correspondence to insureds and/or Underwriters. Discuss and assist in setting renewal and/or new business marketing strategy with Producer or Supervisor. Bind insurance coverage and prepare binders. Prepare certificate templates. Analyze certificate requests, including review of contracts for insurance compliance when required, to ensure certificates are issued correctly and coverage gaps are addressed. Receive and develop new business leads from Producers or identify and develop cross‑sell opportunities. Foster and manage overall relationship with clients ensuring retention of a large market book of business and high satisfaction in coordination with Producer. Participate in the claims process as necessary. Notify Brokers and Producers of pertinent information related to client retention. Collect fees, reconcile and resolve any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing date. Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four (4) or more years related work experience. Valid insurance license. Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal. Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by Supervisor. Skills
