Meet daily with the Service Manager to review the scope of work Visit customer locations, evaluate electrical needs, and clearly set expectations Perform hands‑on work, including fixture installation, outlet installation, wiring, and system troubleshooting Recommend and implement practical, code‑compliant solutions Order and manage project materials Estimate small projects and communicate pricing Maintain a well‑organized, fully stocked service van Invoice customers on‑site and ensure timely payment processing Provide regular status updates to the Service Manager Mentor and train apprentices when assigned Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of residential or service electrical experience Valid NH Journeyman Electrician License (MA and ME licenses a plus or willingness to obtain) Current OSHA10 Certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to troubleshoot effectively and research solutions independently Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working at heights (ladders, staging, bucket truck) Technically proficient and familiar with basic programming of automation and lighting controls, fire alarm, security, and other technologies. Experienced using service software (ServiceTitan experience a plus) Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to manage priorities efficiently Weekly Pay Cycle Medical Insurance Retirement Savings Program Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays) Paid Training & Certifications Personal Tool Replacement Program Tech Package (Smartphone or Tablet) Uniforms Provided Company Vehicle Company Events & Employee Recognition Work on Prevailing Wage Projects Schedule
