About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Real Estate Broker & Agent to represent and manage the marketing, listing, sales, and leasing of exclusive private island and waterfront properties. The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury real estate professional with a proven track record of high-value transactions, exceptional client service, and global networking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Property Marketing & Promotion

Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns for luxury island and waterfront listings.

Create compelling property presentations, digital content, and high-end marketing materials.

Coordinate photography, videography, drone shoots, and virtual tours for listings.

Manage online listings across global real estate platforms and private networks.

Conduct property valuations, comparative market analyses, and pricing strategies.

Oversee all stages of the transaction process—from listing to closing.

Negotiate offers and agreements with discretion and professionalism.

Prepare and review contracts, sales documentation, and lease agreements.

Client Relations & Networking

Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and international clients.

Provide personalized service and expert guidance to buyers, sellers, and lessees.

Represent the company at luxury property exhibitions, private showings, and industry events.

Leasing & Property Management

Manage leasing inquiries, tenant negotiations, and rental agreements for private island estates.

Coordinate with property management teams to ensure premium client experience and property upkeep.

Stay informed on global luxury real estate trends, market movements, and investment opportunities.

Advise clients and company leadership on pricing, timing, and positioning strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in luxury or international real estate markets.

Proven record of multimillion-dollar property transactions.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong digital marketing and social media proficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
