We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and hungry US-based Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help build Port’s presence in the U.S.
You must be based in Austin and comfortable managing coordination and operational tasks in one of our offices.
What You’ll Do:
Support full‑cycle recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) in the U.S.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, market landscape, and ideal candidate profiles
Own candidate coordination: schedule interviews, manage logistics, and ensure a smooth and professional experience
Help manage office‑related recruitment tasks and team logistics (swag, onboarding prep, local events, etc.)
Source and engage top candidates across various channels with creative outreach
Stay informed about trends, talent movements, and competitors in the GTM ecosystem
Champion our employer brand and bring energy and care into every candidate touchpoint
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination, ideally in a startup or tech environment
Deep familiarity with GTM roles and a strong understanding of the U.S. tech landscape
Strong operational and organizational skills – reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive
A people‑first mindset and excellent communication skills
Based in Austin (mandatory) and comfortable coming into the office 3 days a week
