Overview Job Overview – Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager : Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000/year + bonus.

Location: Westchester County, NY

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Invoice & Payment Management:

Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments via check, ACH, or wire.

Accounts Receivable Oversight:

Manage billing, collections, and cash applications while resolving outstanding items promptly.

Reconciliations & Reporting:

Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close with accruals and variance analysis.

Process Improvement:

Streamline AP/AR workflows and enhance cash management efficiency.

Vendor & Client Relations:

Maintain strong communication with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

Experience:

2+ years of hands-on accounting experience in accounts payable and receivable, with leadership experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in real estate, telecommunications, or similar industries with multi-entity accounting exposure preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
