Join our meat team and you won’t just cut meat; you’ll help make important decisions about quality, packaging, and display of our meat items for members to bring home. Your attention to detail and steady hand help sell a quality product. You’ll be on the front lines of customer service—your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one.
Base pay range $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr
What you’ll do
Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering questions as needed.
Keep a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to achieve priorities and improve processes.
