Role Overview You’ll work directly with senior executives (including the CEO) to:
Prepare and polish
slide decks, presentations, and board materials
Manage and coordinate
executive calendars, meetings, and events
Support with
trade show logistics
— coordinating materials, travel, and event schedules
Help organize
client meetings and follow-ups
Gather data and insights for decision-making
Support project tracking and day-to-day prioritization for leadership
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and speed at all times
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
(1–3 years post-graduation preferred)
Authorized to work in the US
Strong proficiency in
PowerPoint, Excel, and written communication
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive problem-solver; thrives in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable interacting with executives
