Area Coach – A premier restaurant franchise group is seeking an Area Coach who is goal‑oriented, people‑focused, and passionate about developing high‑performing teams. Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 (plus strong bonus potential).

Qualifications / Requirements
3+ years as a Restaurant District Manager or Multi‑Unit GM (6+ units)
5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
Proven success leading, coaching, and developing multi‑unit teams
Strong P&L management and financial accountability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in conflict resolution and team development
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Highly organized with strong time management
Willingness to travel regularly between locations
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and operational oversight for 6–8 restaurant locations
Drive performance and ensure brand standard compliance
Hire, train, and mentor General Managers and teams
Monitor financials, labor, and key performance metrics
Develop and execute improvement plans for underperforming stores
Conduct regular visits and audits to maintain consistency
Communicate company goals effectively across all teams
Promote a customer‑first culture focused on quality and service
Partner with franchise ownership to align business objectives
Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
