What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the sourcing, qualification, and closure of Mid-Market & Enterprise SaaS deals
Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify client business pains and align services as solutions
Develop strategic proposals in collaboration with Client Strategy and Service Line Directors
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to proposal and closure
Engage in executive-level communication with CMOs, VPs, and Founders to drive sales success
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 5 years of experience selling digital marketing or performance services in a B2B agency or consulting environment
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with deal sizes of $100k+ ACVs and 6–7 figure annual targets
Demonstrated ability to sell consultatively at the executive level (CMO/VP)
Expertise in Paid Media and SEO, with additional experience in CRO/RevOps being a plus
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce and Gong
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with AI Sales/Marketing platforms
Experience in a remote work environment
Additional certifications in digital marketing or related fields
Strong analytical skills to quantify ROI in a sales process
Passion for innovative marketing strategies and performance-driven results
