This position plays a key role in assisting the foreman and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical tasks on‑site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Assist the foreman in managing projects, coordinating schedules, and delegating tasks.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.

Interpret and implement blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical codes.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management regarding project progress and issues.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an electrician.

Electrician license preferred but not required.

Some experience in project management or assisting a foreman.

Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical codes.
