Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance existing software products for ACS customers.
Assist in coding, testing, debugging and development of new software.
Write programs according to specifications from higher‑level staff or business analysts.
Suggest problem solutions and software enhancements.
Assist in developing user manuals.
Collaborate with technical staff to identify and resolve software issues.
Commit to heightened security by following IT security policies and completing annual HIPAA and FERPA training.
Compensation Annual Salary: $47,665 - $54,815
Requirements
Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and at least two (2) years of related experience (work experience may substitute for education).
Preferred 2–4 years of application development and maintenance support.
Experience in programming with C# and .NET web application development.
Experience writing SQL queries.
Experience with JavaScript programming.
Familiarity with source control systems (Git, DevOps, etc.).
Experience with object‑oriented programming, relational database systems, and the .NET framework.
