Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR partner, providing guidance and support to employees and administrators.
Oversee and manage human resources services, including faculty and staff recruitment.
Advise department leadership on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
Facilitate the selection of applicants during the employment process.
Serve as a liaison between departments and the Office of Human Resources on academic and non‑academic HR matters.
Ensure compliance with university HR policies and procedures.
Manage HR‑related projects and may supervise administrative staff.
Annual Salary:
$47,665 - $77,455
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (required).
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of related HR experience.
Substitutions: Work experience cannot substitute for the education requirement.
