Position Lead Software Engineer
Location Schriever SFB, CO
Overview Software Engineering includes the entire process of creating software. It goes beyond the immediate user problem and how to code it but instead looks at the entire system and lifecycle to avoid larger technical issues. Software Engineers design, develop, document, test, maintain, and debug software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for internal and external software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensure software standards are met.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Active DoD Secret clearance.(ability to obtain Top Secret)
Knowledge of VPNs, routing concepts, DHCP, DNS, and core networking.
Hands‑on experience with Windows OS environments.
Experience supporting multiple operating systems.
Strong initiative, self‑motivation, and ability to perform under pressure.

This position is offering a pay range of $110,000.00- $130,000.00 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
